Who operates Qualify AI. Qualify AI is a product of Saltvision BV, a company registered in Belgium under enterprise and VAT number BE 0786.771.552, with its registered office at Waregemsesteenweg 157a, 9770 Kruisem, Belgium. Saltvision BV operates both qualifyai.eu and saltvision.com, so account, billing and technical correspondence about the Service may reach you from either domain. In every case the contracting party and the company responsible for the Service is Saltvision BV.

Qualify AI acts as a data processor for the personal data you process through the platform, and you act as the controller. To deliver the Service we engage the sub-processors below. Each is bound by a written agreement imposing data-protection obligations no less protective than those in our Data Processing Agreement.

Where a sub-processor is located outside the European Economic Area, we rely on a European Commission adequacy decision or on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with any supplementary measures required following the Schrems II judgment.

One of these is under your control, not ours. The email provider processes data because you connected your own mailbox, using your own credentials. You granted that access and you can revoke it at any time from your email provider’s security settings, which immediately stops sending and reply monitoring.

Notice of changes

We will publish changes to this list on this page and give notice before a new sub-processor starts processing personal data on your behalf, so that you have a reasonable opportunity to object on legitimate data-protection grounds. To receive change notices by email, write to sales@qualifyai.eu.

If you object to a new sub-processor on reasonable data-protection grounds and we cannot offer a workable alternative, you may terminate the affected part of the Service in accordance with Section 21 of the Terms.

Infrastructure providers of our sub-processors

Some of the providers above run on underlying cloud infrastructure — for example, our workflow automation provider hosts within the European Union on a major cloud platform. Those infrastructure providers act as sub-processors of our sub-processors and are covered by the contractual chain described above rather than listed individually here.
